Yes. Most of the parts we supply typically include a 2-year parts warranty, and our labor is covered for 6 months (As long as warranty is due to defect in workmanship or parts)
No call-out fee applies within our local service area. A $50 emergency fee may apply for urgent, unscheduled service outside regular hours or area. A fuel surcharge is typically added to the estimate for repair to account for fuel costs to your location.
We accept e-Transfer , cash & card payments at this time - Card payments typically have a $5 processing fee.
Yes! We’re a mobile automotive repair service, which means we come to you — whether you’re at home, work, or on the road.
We can perform most repairs on-site as long as there’s enough space to work safely.
(We can’t operate in underground parking garages or on the highway for safety reasons.)
Yes, limited emergency repairs are available for an added fee. Availability may depend on location and the nature of the issue.
Yes, but our labor rate increases to reflect the lack of warranty coverage on customer-supplied parts. We recommend letting us supply parts to ensure proper fitment and warranty.
Due to height restrictions and ventilation concerns, underground or enclosed parking may limit our ability to perform certain services. Please inform us in advance.
Some services may be rescheduled during heavy rain, snow, or extreme cold to ensure safety and proper repair quality. We’ll contact you in advance to rebook if needed.
Yes. We can service small fleets or multiple vehicles at a single location. Contact us directly to discuss scheduling and volume pricing.

It depends on the modification. Please let us know the details when booking so we can confirm whether the service can be performed safely on-site.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may also result in limited future booking availability.
If we find something unexpected, we’ll contact you first to explain what we found, what it means, and whether it needs attention right away. We’ll never proceed with extra work without your approval.
Not always. As long as we can access the vehicle and it’s in a safe location, you don’t need to be present the whole time. Many customers leave their keys in a secure spot and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll contact you before starting and again once the job is complete.
It depends on our schedule and your location, but we typically respond the same day and can book you within a few days. Emergency repairs are available sooner if needed — just note that a $50 emergency fee applies for urgent or after-hours requests.
